CCIS
Client Caseload Information Systems (CCIS)
CCIS is a unique database and the only one to cover the whole 13-19 age range and is important for tracking young people at a local and sub regional level.
Although the main function of CCIS is to provide a Caseload Management and tracking tool for Personal Advisers and their interactions with young people, CCIS will support all elements of service delivery. This covers the recording of initial and subsequent interventions with young people, to improved management information, data analysis and service delivery reporting.
Our role is to ensure the integrity of the system through system maintenance, preparation of monthly Management Information reports and software upgrades.
The Sub Regional Unit also provides training and support to all Personal Advisers and Line Managers delivering Connexions services in south London.
We also manage the links between CCIS and other systems within the Integrated Youth Support Services agenda, such as Contact Point and the Common Assessment Framework.
