Consortium
The Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames acts as the lead Body for the Consortium. The Consortium comprises of the Directors of Children’s Services from six South London boroughs. They are a strong diverse team that brings knowledge, creativity and experience to drive through the strategic direction of the Sub Regional Unit.
